REGULAR CLASS POLICY

Monthly Payment & Refund Policy:
* Tuition must be paid by the last week of the previous month. You can pay every month or a total of two consecutive months. If you wish to pay via bank transfer please contact us directly.
* The registration fee must be paid before the first day of the registered class. This is a one-time fee, however, if you take a leave of absence for more than 3 months, you must pay the registration fee again. 
* Tuition is refundable only if registration is cancelled 14 days prior to the beginning of your registered workshop/camp. 
 
Absence and Make-up policy: 
* Make up classes are available on another day/time for any missed regular class. If you miss a class without notification and you could not come in for a make up class, tuition is non-refundable. 
* If you are absent for one whole month without notification, tuition fee must be paid for the missed month. 
* Please notify us at least one month in advance if you wish to take a leave of absence or withdraw from the regular classes. 
* If you wish to take a leave of absence, please keep in mind that you must pay the registration fee again if you restart the classes after more than 3 months of absence. 

Cancellation policy: 
*In the event 104 Ten4 Art Studio cancels your registered class, you will be notified as soon as possible and a make-up class will be scheduled.
*If we need to cancel a session due to inclement weather or illness, we will attempt to contact you with as much advance notice as possible.

Photography: 
*Please let us know if you would not like us to post a photo of your child on our website or other social media. 

通常クラスのお支払い・キャンセル・返金などについて

月謝のお支払い：

  • お月謝は前の月の末日までに月謝袋にいれてお支払いください。2ヶ月分まとめてお支払いすることもできます。銀行振込ご希望の場合は直接ご連絡ください。

  • 入会金は入会後、最初のクラスに参加する時までにお支払いください。一度休会をした場合、3ヶ月以内にクラスを再開すれば入会金は不要ですが、3ヶ月以上になりますと入会金を再度お支払いすることになりますのでご了承ください。

お休みと振替：

  • 欠席した場合、ご希望のレッスン時間に空きがあれば、違う日・クラスに振替ができます（同じテーマ・作品の時に限る）。

  • 急なお休み（熱や風邪の場合も含め）の場合で、振替などができなかったときは月謝の返金はしておりません。

  • ご報告なしでひと月まるまるお休みされた場合でもお月謝が発生しますのでご了承ください。

  • 悪天候などでクラスをキャンセルする場合はなるべく早めにご連絡いたします。キャンセルの場合、振替クラスを開講いたします。

  • 事前準備が必要なためと、クラスによってはキャンセル待ちの生徒さんもいるため、丸一ヶ月お休みされる方は必ず一ヶ月前までにご報告お願いします。休会・退会の場合も最低一ヶ月前までのご報告をお願いします。直前の連絡の場合、お月謝が発生しますのでご了承ください。

  • 休会した場合、3ヶ月以内に再開する場合は入会金不要ですが、3ヶ月以上は入会金の支払いが再度必要となります。

    写真撮影について

  • 創作する様子や出来上がった作品を写真撮影しております。写真はHPで使用することもあります。（お名前は掲載されません。）個人情報上、お子様のお顔が写るような写真を撮られたくない方は事前に一声おかけいただきますようよろしくお願いいたします。
