お申し込みいただいた時点でご予約確定となります。お支払い前であっても、以下のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。

ワークショップ参加費は、ワークショップ開始前までにお支払いください。当日のお支払いも可能です。参加費は、現金またはキャッシュレス決済にてお支払いいただけます。キャッシュレス決済をご利用の場合、対応している決済方法については当日スタッフにご確認ください。

開催日の7日前までのキャンセル：キャンセル料はかかりません。

開催日の6日前〜2日前のキャンセル：参加費の**50％**をキャンセル料として頂戴します。お支払い済みの場合は、参加費の50％を返金いたします。

開催日の前日・当日、および無断欠席：参加費の**100％**をキャンセル料として頂戴し、返金はいたしません。

キャンセル料が発生する場合、お支払い前であってもキャンセル料をお支払いいただきます。

Ten4 Art Studioの都合によりワークショップを中止または延期する場合は、できるだけ早くご連絡いたします。お支払い済みの場合は、参加費を全額返金いたします。

悪天候、講師の体調不良、その他やむを得ない事情によりワークショップを中止する場合も、できるだけ早くご連絡いたします。

Your reservation is considered confirmed once your application has been submitted. The cancellation policy applies even if payment has not yet been made.

Workshop fees must be paid before the workshop begins. Payment on the day of the workshop is also accepted.

Workshop fees can be paid by cash or cashless payment.　For cashless payments, please ask our staff about the available payment methods.

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the workshop date are accepted free of charge. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made 6 to 2 days before the workshop date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If payment has already been made, 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.

Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the workshop, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.

If a cancellation fee applies, the fee must be paid even if the workshop fee has not yet been paid.

If Ten4 Art Studio cancels or postpones a workshop, participants will be notified as soon as possible. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.

If a workshop must be cancelled due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact participants as soon as possible.
