クラス、ワークショップ、イベントはすべて予約制です。
お申し込みはホームページのフォームから、またはメール・お電話にてお願いします。

変更、またはキャンセル方法

開催間際でのご連絡は、メール不達などのトラブルを避けるため、直接お電話にてご連絡をお願いします。

お支払いについて

・1日ワークショップやパーティーや各ワークショップに限り当日精算も可能です。メールカウンセリング、スカイプセッションの場合は、お振込の確認を持ってご予約の完了とさせていただきます。
・ワークショップご予約申し込み日から10日以内に、所定の口座にお振込みください。振り込み手数料はお客さま負担となります。（ゆうちょ銀行からの送金は手数料がかかりません

キャンセル料の返金について

・お客様のご都合でご予約をキャンセルする場合、キャンセル料が生じますのでご注意ください。
・主催者側の都合で中止になった場合には、料金は全額返金いたします。
・災害、事故等でやむをえず、ご参加できなくなった場合も返金いたしますが、確認のとれない場合は返金しかねる場合もございます。

遅刻に関しての対応

・万が一、ご予約のお時間や集合時間に遅れそうな場合には、必ずご連絡ください。遅れた分の延長や返金などはありませんので、ご注意ください。

キャンセル料金

・14日前までのキャンセル：20パーセント
・6日〜3日前までは50%
・2日前・前日：80%
・当日：全額
・ご連絡がなかったご欠席の場合も全額請求させていただきますので、ご注意ください。
・災害、事故、その他　防ぎようのないトラブルが生じた場合は、キャンセル料は発生しません。
・但し、お友達などの代理受講がある場合はキャンセル料はかかりませんのでご相談ください。

・お支払い後のキャンセル
料金の返金をすることはできませんが、他の講座のご参加への振替は可能です。
その場合、他のご希望の講座の参加費が、お申し込みの講座より高い場合はその差額をお支払いいただきます。
安い場合は、残りの金額を他の講座の参加費の一部として、振り替えさせていただきます。
ご連絡なくご欠席の場合、振替は不可です。

受講料のお支払い方法について

基本は振り込みにてお願い致しておりますが、ご受講日が迫っている場合、振り込みにいく時間が取れないという場合は当日お持ちいただくことも可能です。お振込されていなくても、ご連絡なしのキャンセルは全額請求させていただきますのでご了承ください。

開催2週間前〜1週間前までは参加費の30%・開催1週間前〜3日前までは60%・開催2日前〜前日は80%・開催当日は100%をキャンセル料として頂戴致します。残金は返金いたします。）

CAMP POLICIES (Summer Art Camp) 

Students are asked to dress informally with casual, loose, and comfortable clothing. Any type of dress that will restrict the student from fully engaging in the art making process should not be worn. Art making is often a messy process, and children will get messy! Please use common sense when dressing for art camp.

The classroom will be open 10 minutes before the camp is to commence. Parents are responsible for picking up the students on time. Please note that camps are drop off, parents and caregivers do not stay. We are unfortunately unable to provide a waiting area.  

Students should bring a bottle of water and a nut free snack for break time.
There are no make-up times for camps.

Cancellation Policy For Camps:
Payment non-refundable at any time. A $25 administration fee for any transfers or credit requests following the date of registration. 14 days prior to to the commencement of camp there are no transfers or credits.

Should the studio need to cancel a course, all students will be notified in advance, and full refunds issued.

Photographic Material:
Ten4 Art Studio reserves the right to use photographic material for advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not want your child, yourself or a family member photographed, please let us know on the first day.

Payment:
Please pay by cash directly at the studio or by bank transfer.

We are unfortunately unable to provide a waiting area. All classes are drop off unless otherwise stated.

Catch Up Time:
For ages 3 and up, catch up classes are available to ensure students are able to complete projects for artist focus classes only. Please speak with your studio for more information.

Payment:
Please provide your credit card number and expiry date to confirm the registration(s). The cost as outlined on the website plus tax will be charged to this card.

We accept Visa (VisaDebit at select locations) and MasterCard only for online registrations. Please note this does not include Visa Debit. Payment must be received at time of booking. Cash (and Debit at select locations) payments can be made for in-studio bookings only.

Cancellation Policy:
Students have until the end of the second class to decide if the program is right for them. If the class is not suitable, 1/2 of session cost may be refunded. NO REFUNDS or credit after the end of the second class.
Should the studio need to cancel a course due to low enrollment, all students will be notified in advance, and full refunds issued.

Transfer Policy:
There is $25 administration fee for any transfers or credit requests or refunds.

イベント・１日ワークショップのお支払い・キャンセル・返金などについて

*参加費はすべて（材料費など）込みとなります。
*参加費のお支払いはイベント開催前までにお願いします。（イベント開催日の前までにお支払いができない方は当日お支払いでも可能です。そうした場合はパーティー・１日ワークショップが始まる前までにお願いします）
* イベントの3日前までにキャンセルした場合はキャンセル料はかかりません。2日前、前日もしくは当日にキャンセルした場合はキャンセル料が発生してしまうのでご了承ください。前日・当日キャンセルは返金はございません。（申込み済みで支払いのみされてない方でも前日・当日キャンセルの場合は全額支払いとなります）

*創作する様子や出来上がった作品を写真撮影しております。写真はHPやチラシに掲載予定です。（お名前は掲載されません。）個人情報上、お子様のお顔が写るような写真を撮られたくない方は事前に一声おかけいただきますようよろしくお願いいたします。

Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policy for Events and 1-day Workshops: 

* Fee includes all materials, snacks and drinks provided during the event. 
* Payment must be made prior to the event. (If payment must be done on the day of the event, please do so before the event begins)
* Fee is fully refundable only if registration is cancelled 3 days prior to the event. There will be no refunds, if you cancel one day prior or on the day of the event, with or without notification. (This also applies to those who have registered but has not made their payment)  
* In the event 104 Ten4 Art Studio cancels your registered event, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded.
* If we need to cancel a session due to inclement weather or illness, we will attempt to contact you with as much advance notice as possible.

Photography: 
*Please let us know if you would not like us to post a photo of your child on our website or other social media. 

ABOUT 104 | Ten4 Art Studio

Ten4 Art Studio (テンフォーアートスタジオ） は横浜元町の住宅街にあるアットホームなアトリエ空間。アートを楽しみながら自然に英語が身につくクラス、ワークショップやイベントなどを開催しています。絵画や工作を中心とした造形活動を通して好奇心を刺激し、豊かな感性と創造力を育んでいきます。

At Ten4 Art Studio, we offer art classes, workshops and events in English for ages 1 and up. We focus on a process-oriented art experience through hands-on activities. Students learn to discover, explore and imagine in their own unique ways, while experimenting with a variety of materials and methods that encourage the development of creative thinking and problem solving skills. 

SUMMER ART CAMP  POLICY

Payment & Refund policy:
* Registration will not be complete without payment of fees by the deadline indicated on the invoice. 
* Tuition is refundable only if registration is cancelled 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the beginning of your registered camp. 
 
Make-up policy: 
* There are NO MAKE-UPS for any missed day of the camp.

*In the event 104 Ten4 Art Studio cancels your registered camp, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded.
*If we need to cancel a session due to inclement weather or illness, we will attempt to contact you with as much advance notice as possible.
