WORKSHOP & CAMP POLICY

Payment & Refund policy:
* Registration will not be complete without payment of fees by the deadline indicated on the invoice. Payment is due within 14 days from the date the invoice was sent or date of registration. Please make the payment at the art studio in cash or bank transfer the amount.
* For one day workshops/events, such as the Halloween workshop, there will be no invoice and you can pay the fee on the day of the event.
* Students who withdraw their application from the program are eligible for a 50% refund up until 14 days prior to the camp. Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date are NONREFUNDABLE.
 
Make-up policy: 
* There are NO MAKE-UPS for any missed day of the workshop/camp.

Cancellation policy: 
* In the event 104 Ten4 Art Studio cancels your registered workshop/camp, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded.
* If we need to cancel a session due to inclement weather or illness, we will attempt to contact you with as much advance notice as possible.
* Should the studio need to cancel a course, all students will be notified in advance, and full refunds issued.

Photography: 
*Please let us know if you would not like us to post a photo of your child on our website or other social media. 

ワークショップ・キャンプのお支払い・キャンセル・返金などについて

* 申し込み後、ご請求書に記載されている期日までにお支払いください。アトリエでの現金でのお支払いもしくは振込でのお支払いお願いいたします。（1日ワークショップやイベントの際は請求書はないので、当日お支払いでも大丈夫です）。

* 欠席した場合、ワークショップ・キャンプの振り替えはできません。

* ワークショップ・キャンプ開催中にお休みをした場合、返金はございません。
* ワークショップ・キャンプ開始14日前までのキャンセルの場合は、キャンセル料が50%になります。14日前から当日以降のキャンセルはご返金をいたしません
* お申込みされたワークショップ・キャンプが始まる14日前を過ぎてからのキャンセルはキャンセル料が発生しますのでご注意ください。
* キャンセルされる場合は、キャンセル待ちをされている方のためにも、できるだけ早めのご連絡をお願いいたします。
* 悪天候などでクラスをキャンセルする場合はなるべく早めにご連絡いたします。

写真撮影について
*創作する様子や出来上がった作品を写真撮影しております。写真はHPやチラシに掲載予定です。（お名前は掲載されません。）個人情報上、お子様のお顔が写るような写真を撮られたくない方は事前に一声おかけいただきますようよろしくお願いいたします。
